Digital downloads

Raster & Rove offers downloadable printable planners. A purchase provides digital files, not a physical item. Each listed edition includes a 3-page US Letter PDF, a 3-page A4 PDF, and matching PNG pages as described on its product page. Colors, print margins, and sharpness may vary by printer, paper, and device.

Personal-use license

Download and print your purchased planner for your own personal use, including repeated personal printing. You may import it into a compatible note-taking app. Do not sell, sublicense, publicly post, redistribute, or share the original digital files or print copies for commercial distribution without written permission.

Delivery and technical help

Purchases and downloads are handled by Payhip. After a completed checkout, Payhip supplies download access and an email receipt. If an email or download link is missing, check spam folders and contact us with enough order information to locate the purchase. Please do not send payment-card details.

Refunds and order issues

All digital download sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer change-of-mind or accidental-purchase refunds, except where required by applicable law. If your download is missing, the access link does not work, or a file is corrupt, incomplete, or incorrect, email us and we will help you access your purchase or supply working replacement files. If an issue cannot be resolved, we will provide any remedy required by applicable law. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Privacy

This storefront does not ask you to create an account or enter payment details. We do not currently run advertising pixels or on-site analytics scripts. Hosting services may process technical access information, and Payhip and its payment providers separately handle checkout and order information under their own terms and privacy policies. We may receive your email, purchase details, and correspondence to provide downloads, support, refunds, and necessary transaction records. We do not sell customer contact information.
